Tackle Warehouse's Customer Service team provides top-notch care for all customers through phone calls, email, or via online chat. In-depth product training is provided to all team members to ensure the highest quality of service in the industry.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, through email and via online chat.
• Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests.

Work Environment 

This position operates in a fast-paced professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to handle objects and type on a computer, use phones and computer software to place customer orders and communicate with others to exchange information.  The employee is frequently required to sit in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, in addition to occasionally moving about inside the building.  The employee is sometimes required to stoop, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or climb.     

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than ten pounds, occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh between 11-20 pounds, and rarely lift and/or move items that weigh between 21-50 pounds.
