CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - New Fishing Industry Job Opportunity at Tackle Warehouse

This position is available for both full time and part time employees.
Tackle Warehouse's Customer Service team provides top-notch care for all customers through phone calls, email, or via online chat. In-depth product training is provided to all team members to ensure the highest quality of service in the industry.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, through email and via online chat.
Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests.
Learn about new products to better assist customer inquiries.
Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivaled shopping experience.
Other duties deemed necessary in the daily operation of Tackle Warehouse
Communicate clearly and professionally when speaking and writing.
Listen well to customers and serve them in a manner that is friendly, patient, and calm.
Solve problems with creativity.
Operate necessary software applications with consistent accuracy.
Communicate effectively and behave professionally.
Understand and follow written and verbal directions.
Take direction well and learn in a fast-paced environment.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with sitting and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones.
