About the Position
Sportfish Outfitters Retail Store Manager Location: Jupiter, Florida
Full Time
Sportfish Outfitters is seeking to hire a full time Retail Store Manager to fill a critical role within our company. The Retail Store Manager (RSM) will handle the day to day operations of our Jupiter store location as well as processing orders both online, by text and phone, and in store. They will be responsible for inventory ordering and stocking, merchandising, and product ordering for daily customer orders and requests. Daily tasks such as product shipping and receiving, order processing, and restocking will be delegated by the RSM to part time employees in the shop. The RSM will be in charge of employee scheduling. Marine supply product knowledge is not required but an interest and some boating experience is preferred. Previous experience in retail or customer service is required. The business owner is available to assist the RSM in any facet necessary and simple tasks should be delegated to part time employees throughout the day.
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to:
Inventory and Product Management
Customer Service
Staffing
Skills and Experience Required

The Good Stuff
Salary: $50,000, will offer bonus and/or profit sharing after 1 year of successful performance

Store hours: Store is open M-F 8-6 and Weekends 9-3. Retail Store Manager is expected to work a 40 hour work week with a flexible schedule within store hours. Business Owner, Retail Store Manager and part time Employees share the responsibility of opening and closing.
Vacation: 2 weeks accrued through the year
Sick Pay: 5 days
