Regional Sales Manager

Are you a sales leader with a passion for the outdoors and a talent for building high-performing teams? As a Regional Sales Manager at Pure Fishing, you’ll take charge of sales operations within a specific geographic region, driving revenue growth, developing winning strategies, and leading a team of Territory Managers. What will you do?
• Lead & Inspire – Manage and motivate a team of Territory Managers, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive Sales Growth – Develop sales strategies, set revenue targets, and analyze market trends to maximize success.
• Optimize Performance – Track key sales metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies to improve market share and customer retention.
• Build Relationships – Work closely with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Coach & Develop – Identify training needs, mentor your team, and provide growth opportunities to boost performance.

Your work environment:
This isn’t a desk job! As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be on the move—meeting with customers, strategizing with your team, and making data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process, all while driving results and expanding Pure Fishing’s market presence.
What you will need to succeed:
• 5+ years in outside sales, sales management, or a related role in the outdoor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience selling consumer products to dealers, distributors, and retail channels.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft O365 Suite.
• A love for the outdoors, especially fishing, with knowledge of fishing techniques.
• An ability to think outside the box and develop innovative sales strategies.
