Group Lead Job Description
The Team Leader organizes and leads an assigned production team in safely producing quality products efficiently and in accordance with Boston Whaler specifications, procedures, and policies. They will plan, organize, and coordinate daily production in accordance with the master production schedule and in collaboration with other departments.

We have multiple shifts to fit a variety of availability which include:
4 – 10 hr a day work weeks
5 – 8 hr a day work weeks
Donut Shift – Monday, Tuesday 10 hr days Wednesday off, Thursday, Friday 10 hr days
*Overtime may be required based on scheduling needs. Boston Whaler reserves the right to adjust shifts and work times as business needs evolve.
*An hourly premium shift differential is available for employees working night shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
