We are seeking a full-time Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager will establish quality metrics and procedures to attain quality standards. The successful candidate will monitor results against targets and engage in root-cause analysis, and will be responsible for updating and writing processes as operations and tasks evolve.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on cycle count metrics and processes
• Work with all locations and departments to ensure proper returns processes are being adhered to
• Work with purchasing to resolve vendor issues
• Identify shipping quality issues (shortage, overage, mis-shipment), analyze failure and experiment with improvement plans to improve customer experience.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, analyze root-causes and implement plans to improve inventory accuracy.
• Track quality issues along with report results against targets.
• Standardize product receiving/storing techniques to improve accuracy and product identification.
• Review and devise packing methods to reduce damages and costs.
• Review and update SOP’s, train employees.
• Support growth and mitigate complexity challenges with other departments.
• 1st shift, Weekends as needed w/some travel (hybrid and/or remote potential)

• Inventory Control knowledge
• Process mapping and improvement planning
• Analytical background with data analysis experience
• Self-starter and influence with minimum authority
• Planning and organizational skills
• Lean Six Sigma training or experience is a plus
• College degree or applicable work experience
• Good communication skill and training experience
• Computer experience (Word, Excel, email, etc) necessary, AS400 experience a plus
