Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club with locations both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking to add a full-time In-House Member Experience Representative to our Southwest Florida team.

The Member Experience Representative will report to the Member Experience Supervisor and assist in all activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations along with other office duties.

Member Experience Representatives are responsible for directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate teams/locations, entering new leads, assisting current members with their membership and account questions, processing transactions, and follow-up outbound calls.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process changes
• Protect and secure customers' personal information

Basic Qualifications

• Customer service experience 
• Proficiency working on a computer and experience utilizing the Microsoft suite
• Career Level Required- Entry Level- Experienced
• Experience Required- 2+ Years
• Education Required- High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check 

Hours of Operation & Location

• Job Location: Venice, FL
• Member Experience Center Hours: Hours: 8AM- 8PM 7 days a week and 360 days a year
• Compensation: Hourly
• Full-time, varied days and hours, some holiday and weekend availability required.
