The Continuous Improvement Lead is an integral role in leading organizational change through formal and informal teaching venues, active 1-on-1 mentoring and troubleshooting with employees, Black Belt level project execution, and articulating a vision of a future state that influences others to change. The Continuous Improvement Lead is a strong customer advocate, often looking at a process or outcome from a customer perspective and acting in the customer's best interest.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of inner drive and strong desire to tackle the biggest challenges in an organization, curiosity as to why the current state exists, tenacity to not stop when others have, and capacity to dive into the data extracting the nuggets of truth that escape casual observation.
