Job Description: Advise on operational problems and provide technical assistance to business, franchise and project teams. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Analyze customer’s and competitor’s strategies and determine the potential impact on the organization’s core business processes and systems. Analyze market size, fit and trends, conduct interviews with customers, and present a business case to leadership for developing an Augmented Reality experience in Rhino 3D and Unity. Assist senior team members in establishing project guidelines within project development cycles. Perform thorough analysis and testing to ensure defined requirements are met without defects. Create and champion clearly defined project specifications through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze, troubleshoot, and research system problems and develop solutions and recommendations. Architect, test and deploy end-to-end subscription billing system and configure SAAS products to offer tier, usage, and promotions-based systemic pricing setup. Architect, configure and support onpremise Oracle E Business Suite Application (Configure, Price & Quote) and integrate with Salesforce CRM. Track, monitor, and communicate all phases of testing, debugging, and maintenance during system test. Define user and system test cases, review test scripts for validity of outcome and make informed recommendations or modifications. Perform advanced platform and application functions to support project/work team projects. Manage the implementation of custom/package systems or technologies to support new or existing business requirements across multiple platforms. Oversee major upgrades of applications and collaborate with matrix functions to understand major changes. The job is based out of our Mettawa, IL headquarters or our office in Venice, FL.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in business analytics, IT or related.

Experience Requirement: 3 years of experience in business analysis, business development or related.
