Our Bass Pro Business to Business Embroidery Department is looking for a Full Time individual who has past experience operating embroidery equipment and is very detail oriented. This position is based out of Springfield, MO.
The Customization Operator’s main function is to learn how to operate the various pieces of equipment necessary to decorate the hard and soft goods sold to our clients in a safe and productive manner. This includes, but is not limited to embroidery, heat transfer, and laser engraving machines. The position requires operators to load and unload sometime heavy and awkward shipments. To be able to count and record merchandise in an accurate and timely fashion. The operator will be expected to help maintain the machinery and keep the workspace in an organized and clean manner to assure a safe working environment.
