PRIMARY FUNCTION/J.O.B. SUMMARY
This Inbound Distribution Coordinator position is an opportunity for a highly motivated person to lead the inbound distribution center and to drive its success. Has responsibility for daily coordination of receiving and inventory control activities. Supervises and assigns work to inbound associates and ensures productivity, accuracy and efficiency. Successful candidates are team oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. The position will report within the Lowell, MI facility. First and Second shift opportunities available.

JOB / J.O.B. SPECIFICATIONS
Education Requirements (special training, college degree, etc.)
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
1-3 years of general work experience, prior experience with forklift and radio frequency preferred. Prior Experience supervising/managing receiving, warehouse and inventory control preferred.
Skill Requirements (Technical, Communication, Interpersonal, etc.)
Demonstrated problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with a wide range of employees to meet departmental goals.
The ability to handle multiple projects
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Experience with MS Office
Experience with scheduling inbound deliveries required.
First responder / first aid certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma and 5S principle experience preferred
