POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager leads a team which in collaboration with cross functional partners, is responsible for implementing strategies and processes that align with the company’s goals on improving inventory efficiencies and reducing operational costs. Other Operations Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and coordinating the team’s workload to meet defined deadlines, training and developing team members, and developing partnerships with merchandising, transportation, supply chain, retail operations, and other teams directly impacted by their work.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
Experience: 4-6 of years in related field. IT experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Ability to multi-task, organize teams and prioritize during heavy workload periods
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Solid communication skills and ability to present information effectively
Strong PC skills and the willingness to learn new tools and processes
Develop and maintain strong working relationships and resolve conflicts with peers and teams as needed
