This position is for the Omni Channel Services Team, the person on this role will be responsible of supporting and developing existing and new automated testing scripts for new and existing services developed on a google cloud platform environment, as well as running manual tests when needed to be able to support End to End and integration testing with multiple teams.Position Purpose: Under moderate supervision, conducts complex technical software testing and analyses with full competency to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements. Writes complex text scripts to support performance, security or automation testing. Writes complex queries to validate complex white-box testing. Typically assigned to large, complex or high-risk projects.
Responsibilities:
Develops moderately complex test plans. The scope of the test plan and all subsequent testing activities may include, depending on the project, functional testing, system testing, integration testing and regression testing.
Gathers system requirements from business analysts and tech leads and provide feedback on quality requirements.
Translates business requirements into test cases; develops and maintains process for reusing test cases/test scripts and maintains them in a test case repository
Works with architects, tech leads and configuration engineer to design complex test environments to perform functional, stress and integration tests
Uses monitoring tools like Splunk, Google Cloud Platform and others to validate test scenarios as well as research on possible issues.
Participates in regular meetings, working in an Agile methodoly environment.
Uses a variety of software tools to create automated test scripts for complex requirements
Develops complex manual test scripts, where automation is not possible
Prepares and manages complex test data using Mongo DB
Determines resource and time estimates required for appropriate testing (part of master test plan)
Executes tests according to established scripts and provides QA signoff on an application
Provides feedback to tech leads on design decisions that have negative testing implications
Works with developers to estimate development efforts inclusive of QA work
Documents test results
Revises test scripts to reflect results and to correct errors/omissions
Researches test results to determine causes of bugs
Tracks bugs and provides feedback to project team; retests resolved bugs, updates ticket resolution and closes ticket
Develops and supports testing process
Identifies opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the testing processes
Acts as an informational resource to developers as they troubleshoot technical issues
Mentors and coaches Associate QA Analysts and QA Engineers
Provides regular updates to leaders
Provides QA signoff on their area of expertise

English Level: B2+
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Vast experience with the function of quality assurance in the SDLC
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities within a rapidly changing business environment
Good follow-through and strong attention to detail
Highly motivated, self starter

API Testing Experience
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
Demonstrated knowledge of MongoDB, is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with backend, microservices testing.
Nodejs and javascript knowledge.
Experience working -with Agile Teams
