Supply Chain Analyst

This individual works in a cross-functional supply chain capability that collaborates and works closely with end-users to translate the business needs from data into clear & concise reporting.

This position will analyze business requirements; develop high-level and detailed assessment for cross functional area projects. Ensure the data, reports, and analysis adds intelligence and supports operational business decisions.  Develop and maintain a wide-ranging set of supply chain reporting including KPIs such as forecast accuracy, projected inventory & fill rate.

Must be a strong communicator and understand impacts/use of data across the Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements in data extraction and reporting process.
• Create, manage, & analyze reports to provide value-add insight with identifying anomalies 
• Interpretation, assembly of key metrics for goal reporting/tracking, project management relating to process improvement projects.
•  Continued, accurate maintenance of all standardized analytics. 
• Lead projects to improve supply chain changes and improvements.
• Provides support to end users on standardized and ad hoc reports.
• Assist with maintaining the databases and data analytics platforms. Troubleshoot data related issues.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.  Emphasis in business, finance, information technology, or supply chain preferred

Skills and Knowledge: 

• 5 or more years of work experience data analysis and/or S&OP planning position (or equivalent).
• Fluency with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting platforms. 
• Advanced Excel capabilities.  Ability to aggregate data from several sources.  Demonstrated proficiency in managing and manipulating very large datasets.
• Must work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Possess leadership skills needed to facilitate data analysis, architecture, and design and enhancements efforts.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Data, process and results driven. 
• Knowledge of consumer goods and related business disciplines are preferred.
• Experience with Logility, Oracle, and SAP preferred.
