Trek Bicycle is searching for an experienced and talented designer to join the Brand Creative Team. As a member of the team, you will get the opportunity to create visual content that brings our brand and product stories to life from concept to completion in a wide range of applications.

This role is graphic design in nature it also comes with the opportunity to allow unique skills and expertise in areas like animation, motion graphics, and digital design to really be showcased in creative solutions. We like curious people who bring big ideas, like to try new things, and aren’t limited by what’s asked of them.

While experience in cycling or outdoor sports is helpful, it’s not required. We can teach you bikes. What we can’t teach is a passion for design, a strong desire to grow projects beyond expectation, and the positive energy needed to be on our team.

Role requirements:

–3-5 years of design experience

–a strong design portfolio reflecting a work ethic willing to put in the time to get the job done

–mastery in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

–excellent communication skills with the ability to drive creative discussions, but also listen and implement creative solutions to feedback

–a good eye for photography.

–be an awesome human who works well with everyone and brings only good vibes and positive energy to the entire department

–no egos allowed. You will be doing projects large and small, but they all move the meter and make our brand better
