Caymas Boats is looking for a skilled engineer with manufacturing, electrical, and CAD design experience to join our team. Candidate must be capable of creating documentation using MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Power Point) as well as using both 2D and 3D CAD systems for modeling, drafting, product and process documentation, and shop support. CAD modeling experience, ABYC compliance and experience required, and 5 axis experience a plus. Additionally, candidate will assist with developing and documenting manufacturing processes, material selections, lamination testing, and design and analysis of marine components and tooling. Experience will be considered with starting salary base.  

This is a very hands on role on the factory floor.  The candidate must have strong project management skills and will train the production team on implementation.

Caymas facilities are clean, climate controlled and are State of the art for the design and manufacture of fiberglass fishing Boats. The Caymas team is dedicated to producing the highest quality fiberglass fishing boats.

Building a quality boat is a challenge but fun. We seek people who want to learn and excel in building Caymas boats. The Caymas organization has many associates who have decades of boat building experience and are committed to mentoring new Caymas associates. These craftspeople have worked together for decades. We are always looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to grow Caymas Boats.
