The Sr. Analyst of FP&A will be responsible for the full scope of the budgeting/forecasting process for Quietkat. This role will be an active contributor to the financial planning and operations of Quietkat and will support the oversight of the general ledger. As part of the finance/accounting team, they will work closely with all functional areas of the organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, oversight, monitoring, and reporting of the long-range financial plan for Quietkat.
• Responsible for creating, updating, maintaining, interpreting, and communicating all financial models utilized to forecast the P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow on a recurring basis.
• Manage internal financial reporting and related recommendations and communication to executive leadership, to help manage the financial affairs of the business.
• Manage the forecasting and reporting of functional area OPEX, including but not limited to understanding and interpreting spend drivers and related risks & opportunities.
• Assist with monitoring of progress towards targets, including but not limited to variance analysis to help determine root case of any issues identified.
• Assist with the establishment and tracking of financial targets and KPIs, including but not limited to DSO, DIO, and DPO.
• Work directly with the accounting group in support of the financial statement close process.
• Participate in the execution of changes to financial procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
• Assist with continual process improvement in collaboration within the finance/accounting team.
• Assist with monitoring cash flow and assist with planning and monitoring directly with the Corporate Treasury group.
• Assist with monitoring and evaluating risk management and the related control environment.
• Manage deadlines, expectations, and correspondence to ensure a timely and accurate service experience with internal stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and analysis necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-5 Years in FP&A or related role
• Expert level skills in Excel modeling preferred.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Experience with an integrated ERP system, NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with consolidation software, Planful preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with standard costing and/or inventory cost absorption preferred.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and related impacts of assumption changes to the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow, as applicable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight.
• Ability to prioritize and be comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline oriented, hyper-growth environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours to meet deadlines, as necessary.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• High level of initiative and able to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with consumer products and DTC/E-Commerce.
• Results oriented, with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner by managing priorities accordingly.

The salary for this role ranges from $78,000 - 103,000, depending on skills and experience
