The Digital Creative Designer II is responsible for creating visual assets, both print and digital. This position is also responsible for the coding of responsive and content management websites, training other designers and working collaboratively with leadership, Capital One, internal clients, marketing, UX, IT and enterprise designers. This position has decision making authority to publish designs to the World Wide Web on behalf of the company, to lead and execute creative briefs and to work directly with leadership for brand related feedback. Digital Designer must champion brand hierarchy and ensure brand consistency in all designs. He/She is responsible for participating in the concept development, design, layout and production of design from start to live. Some tasks include but not limited to: support, design, coding landing pages in multiple platforms, Email designs, and print.
Minimum Degree Required: Associate’s Degree in fine arts or a related field
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or a related field
Certificate(s) or License(s):
Experience: 2 to 4+ years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Less than 25% of the time.
