About the role:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist.  In this position, you will be responsible for: (a) supporting the sales, operations and logistic teams with direct sales and special programs (b) timely enter and process order and returns (c) sales order shipment planning and backorder management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of inventory through purchase orders to the customer by collaboratively planning with the sales and logistics teams.
• Allocate Product to Orders and ensure DC ships orders on time and in full
• Work Independently and make independent judgment with matters of significant on all assigned accounts
• Prepare open order reports for sales managers and customers as required
• Participate in weekly sales status calls with sales management
• Act as a key contact with customers
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively related to but not limited to price discrepancies, shipment errors and product issues.
• Work with the operations/logistics team and retail customers to track orders and shipment status to ensure on time delivery.
• Act as a liaison between sales, distribution and the customer.
• Assist sales managers in product set-up with key customers.
• Assist in the resolution of product inquiries and issues.
• Assist the identification and tracking of forecast and stock levels to support demand
• Compliance support as needed
• Manage relevant incoming Phone and email Queue with responsive and accurate information
  • Promote sales and events with each contact

About you:

• BS degree in Business  Preferred but not required
• Self-motivated
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiencies with excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation/facilitation skills
