As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of the Business. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installing and configuring computer hardware and software, Office 365 & Microsoft Teams support, supporting multiple OS levels including Android and iOS, working closely with other teams within Brunswick IT and to be the primary point of contact for IT support. This position will also participate in driving business process changes through technology and who works well independently or in a group to develop technical strategies. The Technical Support Specialist will be expected to work closely with vendors and external support representatives.
