Demand Planner

Your work environment:

You’ll be at the heart of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting. Whether it's leading forecast review meetings, analyzing market trends, or fine-tuning our predictive models, you’ll be driving efficiency and alignment across the business.

What you will need to succeed:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (APICS certification a plus!).
• Technical expertise in forecasting tools like SAP APO, R/3, and QlikView.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive accurate forecasting.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with key stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
