Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst II facilitates SC end-to-end operation. Responsible for successful execution of supply chain requirements and independently completes the task by following SOP. Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams and factory partners to achieve business targets and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
20% Manages production status by monitoring factory daily output and productivity. Identifies potential issues and works out action plans for preventing delays by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
15% Supports line manager to reserve sufficient capacity and capacity validation. Collaborates with factory partners to facilitate style allocation and LT identification process. Supports buy proposals and collaborates with factory to execute buy releasing and confirmation by analyzing business needs and risks.
15% Collaborates with regions and factory partners to optimize/simplify VAS and shipping solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Trains and coaches team and factory to drive high-performance delivery.
15% Understands SC operation process. Trains and helps new team members and new factories onboard successfully. Manages the performance of factory partners and drives continuous improvement.
10% Responsible for SMS/Bulk sample end-to-end operations, including planning, packing, shipping, and payment. Collaborates and clarifies seasonal requirements and instructions to streamline and optimize requests to ensure sample operation accuracy and on-time delivery.
10% Provides insight and SC knowledge to manage factory partners and get support from different parties to fulfill customer needs and achieve business goals.
5% Supports project managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate SC projects, data integration, and process optimization.
5% Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate non-compliance issues, debit note payments, and B/C grade product operation. Negotiates with factory partners to adopt the chargeback.
5% Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
