Assembler – Light Machine Operator
Introduction:
This position will play a hands-on role in building high-quality products through precise assembly, finishing, and basic machine operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following standardized processes, and contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products meet exact specifications every time.
What Will You Do?
You will perform finishing and assembly of products and components, along with light machine operations such as drill press work, stamping, riveting, and oven bonding. Daily tasks include inking, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging parts using standard tools, fixtures, and work instructions. You will follow established guidelines, monitor product quality, and manage your time effectively while working under the direction of a supervisor or manager.

Your Work Environment:

Physical Demands:
Reaching, standing, bending, and stooping are required. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Good manual dexterity is necessary, along with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
