ABOUT THE POSITION
The Product Line Management Specialist II – Footwear sits at the center of the product creation process, supporting how footwear is researched, developed, and brought to life season after season. This role partners closely with Product Line Management, Development, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consumer insights, market research, product data, and samples are accurately managed and delivered on time. Ideal for someone early in their product career, this position offers hands‑on exposure to the full footwear creation lifecycle while building strong operational and analytical foundations.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Lead the gathering, creation, and analysis of consumer insights, including scheduling and facilitating in‑person and virtual engagements.
Independently support and eventually lead consumer Teams or Zoom engagements, capturing and recapping key learnings.
Own seasonal market research, including NPD footwear reports, competitor analysis, e‑commerce reviews, and First Insight programs.
Manage all product data within the Product Management System (PDM), ensuring accurate data entry and ongoing seasonal updates.
Coordinate sample management from seasonal deliveries through allocation, showroom readiness, and storage inventory.
Partner with Development and Product Line Managers to track sample status and resolve gaps or missing assets.
Ensure timely acquisition and delivery of samples to the Photo Studio in alignment with the seasonal calendar.
Support packaging execution, including PDM updates, hangtags, and box sticker coordination.

Motivated to kick‑start a career in Product Line Management
YOU HAVE
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
An understanding of software platforms and reporting tools used to collect and analyze data.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
