POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customization Coordinator acts as the liaison between the graphic design team, Customers and Outfitters, for both internal and external sales opportunities. Serves as a Mentor for new Outfitters and facilitate customization training upon promotion/new hire. Prioritizes multiple projects; meets critical deadlines; and makes independent judgment calls on unique situations, maintains a high degree of accuracy across all levels of the business and providing Legendary Customer Service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Acts as communication liaison for graphic designers.
Ensures all information is gathered for each request and is accurate before designating work to a graphic designer.
Manages email boxes, graphic design workflows and timelines.
Ensures all customization projects meet established deadlines & adhere to Business Sales service levels.
Maintains complete and accurate records for each customization job requested.
Assists where needed with counting, sorting, and delivering or shipping merchandise as directed.
Ensures customers are billed accurately for customization fees related to each customization project.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Degree: Vocational Tech Certification or Associate Degree in Graphics Art or related field
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphics or customization role or related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite
Knowledge of Wilcom software, Sugar CRM, and Serena are considered a Plus.
The Customization Coordinator must master all types of Business Sales orders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to effectively interpret and manage difficult situations.
Ability to work on a team and independently.
Good organization skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever evolving, goal-oriented environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires light physical activity
Regular computer work, sitting, standing, walking
Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs)
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
