The Solutions Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of organizational information systems and software within their assigned domain. This role provides hands-on technical and functional leadership across one or more critical systems, ensuring they operate reliably and evolve to meet business needs.
The Solutions Lead plays a key role in guiding solution design, supporting delivery execution, and driving continuous improvement, while partnering closely with Solution Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders. This position requires deep expertise in Manhattan Associates WMi (versions 2004 and/or 2014 on IBM iSeries) and active involvement in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day system support.
This role is instrumental in extending an existing Manhattan WMS environment into a new and existing locations operating legacy systems.
The Solutions Lead is expected to consistently deliver high-quality solutions, uphold Company Core Values, and support internal controls and financial compliance within their domain.
This is an onsite position located at our headquarters (Base Camp) in Springfield, Missouri.
