POSITION SUMMARY:
The Replenishment and Inventory Manager for Apparel is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stock-outs. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, merchandising, and warehouse teams to maintain an efficient supply chain process. This person will monitor inventory performance, analyze data trends, and develop strategies for improvement and growth
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and replenishment principles.
Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., AS400/JDA, or similar).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly: Computer Work, sitting
Seldom/Never: Walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
