Job Summary:
The Mgr-Supply Chain Logistics is responsible for all tactical elements of inbound and outbound logistics. Ensures strong delivery performance, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and contracted transportation providers. Continuously drives process, service, and cost improvements within the supply chain for both inbound international traffic and outbound domestic transportation. Manages and mentors two separate functional teams while overseeing system enhancements and optimization opportunities.
Responsibilities:
25% Oversees all inbound logistics and all 3PL outbound logistics. Manages inbound and outbound carrier relationships and ensures that vendors meet company performance and service standards.
20% Responsible for standardizing operations processes and preparing for implementing new processes and policies, working in close relationship with internal leaders within the company. Ensures that operational processes align with system capabilities and oversees systems improvement and optimization opportunities. Reviews operational improvement opportunities with other team members.
15% Provides regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
15% Collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product delivery to customers is timely and compliant to customer expectations. Collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical planning timelines are achieved per expectations.
5% Represents logistics team on regular execution calls with cross-functional teams including distribution and account operations.
5% Coordinates and executes network adjustments and optimization opportunities in partnership with logistics leadership team.
10% Actively contributes to business initiatives related to transportation and logistics models. Leads and drives continuous improvement projects that support business evolution. Drives results while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. Builds strong and collaborative cross-functional relationships to ensure teams are working together to achieve the company’s goals.
5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's or masters degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5 years functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acted as a lead.
• Manages a team with more than 2 full-time direct reports, typically professional level roles and may include support level roles and temporary/contract employees.
