Job Summary
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that support enterprise-wide training and talent management initiatives. This role creates engaging workshops, eLearning modules, infographics, and performance support resources using established instructional design methodologies. The ideal candidate brings strong visual design skills, experience with adult learning principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail/manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on creator role and will function as the team’s primary instructional designer, working closely with experienced instructional program managers, HR/TM partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
