Barry Stockhaus Joins A Band of Anglers as General Sales Manager

Lake Wales, Fla. — A Band of Anglers, the umbrella corporation overseeing several fishing tackle brands including Ocean Born, Engage, and Hyperlastics, has named Barry Stockhaus its General Sales Manager for the Americas. Patrick Sébile, the legendary tackle designer and founder of A Band of Anglers, Inc., led the search and called Stockhaus “my first choice to help lead the company when we started more than two years ago. I’ve known Barry for 25 years and worked closely with him for 15 of those years at three different companies. He’s experienced, professional, passionate and exactly the person we need to drive sales moving forward.”

“Patrick Sébile and I have been great friends for many years, and we’ve always enjoyed working together,” Stockhaus added. “He’s assembled a great team at A Band of Anglers, a great lineup of products, and there’s a lot to look forward to as we start this new chapter. Our new catalog is now online. It includes the Hyperlastics Dartprop Pro SK that just won Best Freshwater Soft Lure at ICAST. It’s a very exciting time for us.”

Prior to taking the General Sales Manager position with A Band of Anglers, Stockhaus held the North America General Manager position with Westin Fishing and spearheaded significant growth in new markets for that company. He also led sales efforts with Pure Fishing and Sébile Fishing.
