Tackle Warehouse's Customer Service team provides top-notch care for all customers through phone calls, email, or via online chat. In-depth product training is provided to all team members to ensure the highest quality of service in the industry.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, through email and via online chat.
Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests.
Learn about new products to better assist customer inquiries.
Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivaled shopping experience.
