Our client, a multi-brand manufacturer of hunting and shooting products, is seeking a forward-thinking high impact Director of Sales to join their team.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Sales director duties will include developing a comprehensive annual sales plan, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The position will work closely with the director of marketing and the direct to consumer sales manager but will focus on key account wholesale and O.E.M. sales management
5+ years of relevant experience in the outdoor industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales growth goals.
