Stryk Group USA Announces New Hires Amid Continued Growth
BOZEMAN, Mont. (Dec. 7, 2020) — Stryk Group USA, an impact consulting company for the world’s leading hunting, camping, fishing and firearms brands, today announced the addition of five new employees across all divisions. This announcement comes as Stryk Group USA sees continued growth in the business consulting space. These strategic appointments will play a key role in supporting the company’s rapidly expanding client portfolio.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome these five individuals to the Stryk Group USA team,” said Jeff Edwards, managing partner.
Samuel Ayres joins the Stryk Group USA team as brand management services. In this capacity, he will lead in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and activities which advance Stryk Group USA clients’ short and long-term goals. He is also responsible for heading up the launch and management of Stryk’s new Wild Society project, building working relationships with figures in the hunting community and providing an authentic voice in the outdoor space. Samuel comes to Stryk Group USA with over 15 years of experience in the advertising and marketing space, beginning his career at agencies such as Deutsch, Young & Rubicam, Ogilvy and TBWA/Chiat/Day. He most recently held the position of digital product manager at Goldenvoice/AEG Presents, managing the digital presence of Coachella, Stagecoach and other live events for four years. He holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Chico and currently resides in Belgrade, Mont.
Jim Drager has been named director of operations services for Stryk Group USA. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for developing strategies, tactics, training and support services in order to help the Stryk Group USA clients identify, achieve and sustain a competitive advantage for extraordinary results. Jim joins the Stryk Group USA team with nearly four decades of experience, proven executive and C-suite leadership skills and multiple awards and commendations. He has held key executive leadership positions at Steiner Optics, United Tactical, Colt Manufacturing and Colt Defense, Century Arms and others. During his stint as COO at Colt, he turned the company into one of the world’s most recognizable brands. As COO of a venture capital firm specializing in the firearms sector, he successfully launched three companies in a two-year period, with a $5mm total investment and a direct return of $20mm. He is a graduate of Kutztown Sate College and currently resides in Kalispell, Mont.
Jonathan “Jonny” Goodwin will join Stryk Group as the director of digital marketing services. In his new role Jonny will lead Stryk Group USA’s digital marketing efforts to maximize online revenue for the company’s clients. He will further be responsible for leading a global digital marketing strategy that encompasses both consumer-facing communications and corporate initiatives. He joins Stryk Group USA after founding Venture Labs, a marketing agency that assists some of the fastest-growing startups and small businesses scale effectively. He attended Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, Pa. and currently resides in Lancaster, Pa.
Joseph Timbo joins the team as the national sales manager. He has nearly a decade of experience in sales and service, with a multi-cultural background in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. He has proven business leadership and the ability to drive growth and was most recently sales operational manager for Aramark Corp., Philadelphia. Prior to that, he held the position of operations manager for ClearChoice Dental Implants. A graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies, Joseph will be relocating to the corporate headquarters in Bozeman, Mont.
Sarah Zeno joins Stryk Group to the new position of director of business systems services supporting continued growth of the company. She will provide on-site and remote assistance for all Stryk Group USA clients related to business processes and business systems best practices. She will provide expertise needed to update their current systems to increase efficiency, improve processes and provide new and more effective tools and software. She joins the team with 15 years’ experience in the firearms industry and with business systems. Prior to joining Stryk Group USA she held an array of hands-on positions in operation, IT and sales at Century Arms, GW Plastics, and Colt’s Manufacturing where she was responsible for improving or overhauling Sales & Demand Planning Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing & Shop Floor Reporting, Quality, Compliance, and Financial Tools. She is a graduate of the Community College of Vermont and currently resides in Hartford, Conn.
